The brick-flanked entrance of Qimin Organic Chinese hotpot.
An upscale hotpot establishment located in an old renovated house. Everything on the menu is advertised as completely organic, with prices to match. This is the hotpot that you take your green friends visiting Shanghai to (or better yet, have them take you to), not necessarily the hotpot that you go to roll up your sleeves and get down and dirty with. Tasteful atmosphere and hotpot with electric hotplates, perhaps because of the fire-hazard associated with open flames?)
