“liáng sān sī”, or the “three cold threads”, in this case, is a wonderful mixture of carrot and cucumber strips with glass noodles, served cold in a light vinaigrette. Also just realized that “liáng sān sī” might also be a play on the numbers two, three, and four, which are pronounced in a very similar way: “liǎng sān sì”.
