Sorry about the focus, low light situation. The waiter is cutting up a spiced, roast leg of lamb.
A Xinjiang restaurant in Hong Kong. Its off-the-beaten track location, well away from main subway lines, perhaps lets it have a slightly more spacious interior. Pleasantly furnished with faux-rustic wooden tables. Beer is poured into large, insulated metal mugs. The food is relatively authentic, noticeably pricier than the mainland and with an-ever-so-slight Cantonese influence.
