Literally: Curry, Sour and Spicy Mated Mandarin Duck Base

The darker color soup base is the sour and spicy side, great for tasting, but only lovers of spicy food will want to dip into this for the whole meal. The lighter color soup on the other side of the yinyang is mild curry. After cooking the majority of the food, this seasoned curry broth makes an excellent post-meal soup.
