Literally: Auspicious Atmosphere Comes East
dish description
When we asked what this dish was, the staff told us that it was a "daoist specialty" so we've given it an English name along those lines. To our Philistine (western) palettes this looks and tastes a good bit like that greek grape-leaf rice roll dish whose name we're too lazy to look up on wikipedia. This dish came highly recommended by Chinese friends and tastes genuinely weird. A natural choice for the adventurous foodie.
