A huge sizzling platter of long rectangular tofu chunks with the mysterious "eight treasures". At a non-vegetarian restaurant we would be extremely reticent to order any dish so euphemistically named - we honestly have no idea what parts of the animal might be precious enough to earn the distinction of "treasure".
