Some call it the Red Lobster of Chinese cuisine. It's the place that normal folks take their kids when they graduate from middle school. This branch has decent homestyle fare at very reasonable prices. The street level entrance has a bit of a fish-market ambiance, but the two dining levels above are large and clean enough.

The food here is priced reasonably, executed competently, and there are a large variety of dishes to select from on the menu, but the environment is nothing to travel across town for. The bathrooms are also fairly disgusting, sporting a "vomit only" trashcan (in the men's room at least). Makes you feel like they've seen their fair share of business banquets in their day. And could we please get rid of the fish smell from the downstairs tanks?
