Literally: There is Abundance Under Heaven

A case where the vegetarian version of a dish surpasses the original meat version. Where do we begin enjoying Heaven's Kitchen's take on the Sichuanese standby? Fans of word play will enjoy its fanciful literary name, a pun of the word for abundance (余 yú), which sounds exactly the same as the word for fish (鱼 yú). From the perspective of more conventional consumption it has all of the best (chillies, sichuan peppercorns), none of the worst (tiny fish bones), and adds the unique touches of mild tofu "fish" on top of a generous sliced potato and cabbage leaf base. Excellent served over rice. A must-order for anyone who enjoys spicy food.
